Can I take a smaller or larger footprint than 30–40 desks?

Yes. Goswell Road also has offices for 20-desk and 50+ desk teams

What's actually included in the price?

Private Offices from £500+VAT per desk

Furnished private office, on-floor meeting rooms and phone booths, best-in-class gigabit ethernet (ISO 27001 certified), secured network, cleaning, utilities, mail handling, reception, and full access to Techspace community events and ecosystem programming. Also, flexible contracts, three-month minimum term, scale up or down as your business evolves. No add-ons for the basics.

Can we customise the layout of the office?

Yes that is definitely possible. We have an in-house design team that supports on the design, layout and usage of the space. Additionally we offer furniture packs to elevate your private office.

 

Can we bring in our own furniture?
Yes, of course! Every new member is offered a complimentary design consultation, so our design team can help work out your perfect layout.
Is the building sustainability certified?
Goswell Road has been certified as a BREEAM Excellent building. We have also won RIBA award for building design and WiredScore Gold certification for the tech infrastructure.
Can we host our own events at Goswell Road?

Yes, members get access to preferred rates at our 60 person seated, 1st floor event space. We've hosted everything from product launches to AI Meetups as we are also home to the London AI hub.

What's the community actually like day-to-day?

Ambitious builders, tech-only. Mostly Series A through Series C companies, with a handful of well-backed pre-seed teams. Members talk, introduce, and collaborate, which makes the space thrive.
